What you do

• Friendly ticket sales and advice for our guests with an open ear for their concerns
• Looking after the Skiline machines and actively selling additional products.
• Careful cash management, control and processing of payments, including daily and seasonal accounts.
• You are the contact person for customer inquiries and complaints.

What you bring with you

• Willingness to work a 4/2 rota (4 days work, 2 days off).
• Good knowledge of German and basic English to provide our guests with the best possible advice.
• You like to work independently and keep track of things even when working alone at the cash desk.
• At the same time, you are a real team player and enjoy communicating with your colleagues.
• Friendliness and a strong service mentality.
• A careful way of working - even in stressful moments.

• Fair salary package from € 2,250.73 gross based on full-time 40h
• Seasonal employment from the beginning of December to April 2025 with the possibility of a year-round position in another area
